Brand new, factory sealed, never opened. Not only is the bag brand new, the box it came in direct from Kenneth Cole is factory sealed as well. This is in the same condition, if not better than what you would find from other retailers.
Lifetime warranty - This backpack, Kenneth Cole Reaction Manhattan Full grain cowhide leather exterior and fully lined interior in Cognac exterior color, model # 580674E, was sent to me directly from Heritage, which produces Kenneth Cole luggage and travel goods, as a warranty replacement for a hand briefcase (different model) that I had from them that had issues. This backpack, as with all Kenneth Cole Reaction briefcases has a lifetime warranty. If you ever have any issue with this particular backpack, contact Heritage and tell them when you purchased it (no sales receipt required), along with photos of the issue, and they will either fix it or send you a new one. I decided I wanted a different type of laptop bag then the ones Kenneth Cole makes, so this is for sale prior to me opening it.
It's a very nice looking backpack. Great for school or professional work. This looks very professional. It is made from Columbian full-grain leather, which is one of the most durable leather types available. This would make a great gift for a professional or a student.
